Presented to the Justices of the Peace at Aylesbury on 2 January 1854.

Consists of the report of the Committee of Visitors (G. Carrington, Jr., chairman), report of the architect (D. Brandon), report of the medical superintendent (John Millar), statistical tables (Jane Fryer, matron and R.R. Hollyer, clerk & house steward), reports of the Commissioners in Lunacy (J.W. Mylne, J.R. Hume, B.W. Proctor and S. Gaskell) and plan of the asylum showing nearby borings for the proposed well and pipeline to convey an additional supply of water to the asylum.
