Consists of the report of the medical director (C.H. Rogerson, T.F. Main), annual statistical tables for 1945, report of the General Committee and financial statement.
Cover title.
The accompanying letter (dated August 1948) informs us of the relocation in December 1947 to Ham Common from Ash Hall in Bucknall, Stoke-on-Trent, where the hospital had been during the war years up to the expiry of the lease in November 1947. A return to its previous site at Swaylands in Penshurst, Kent was decided against "because of the high cost of running an old-fashioned if attractive building".
