Consists of a list of directors and officers, report of the directors, financial statement, report of the physician superintendent (Alexander MacKintosh), statistical tables, terms of board and general regulations.

Most of p.47/48 has been cut out. Bound with an 1860 copy of the royal charter, a copy of the 1850 regulations and annual reports covering 1846 to 1856 (published 1847-57).
