Also referred to as: State Lunatic Hospital, State Lunatic Hospital at Northampton, Third State Lunatic Hospital, Third Hospital for the Insane, Insane Hospital at Northampton, Northampton Lunatic Hospital. The name changed in 1885 from State Lunatic Hospital to Northampton Lunatic Hospital.

Consists the report of the trustees (Eliphalet Trask et al.), a financial statement and the report of the treasurer (E. Trask).
