Consists of a list of the executive committee of the Board of Visitors and asylum officers, report of the Board of Visitors (J.M. Toner, W.W. Godding), statistical and financial tables (W.W. Godding), pathological supplement - report of post-mortem examinations in twenty-nine cases of mental disease (Blackburn, J.V. Calner)

Some statistics are given separately for "white" and "colored" people.
