To which is annexed, an Appendix, containing some papers on the balance of Europe, the present state of Spain, and the consequences of a war in the West-Indies

This is the second English edition; a first English edition was printed for John Stagg and Daniel Browne without an appendix in the same year, as well as a third English edition printed for Daniel Browne.
