The first issue contains 12 leaves in signature H of v. 4, while a later issue contains only 9 leaves in signature H. For this later issue, p. 156 of v. 4 is numbered 150-6 and the type is reset for p. 149 and 156.

Numerous irregularities in pagination are common to both issues.

LC has the later issue.

LC copy imperfect: v. 1, all engravings wanting; v. 2, p. 125-126, and 5 engravings wanting; v. 3, p. 395-398 and 1 engraving wanting; v. 4, p. 113-116 mutilated, p. 484-484 and all engravings wanting; v. 5, all engravings wanting; v. 6, 2 engravings wanting, 2 mutilated.
