Pages 199-200 and p. 477-480 are printed on folded leaves made from two sheets tipped together (74 and 80 cm. in width respectively). Pages 199-200 contain: Legis Throiae fragmenta duo. Pages 477-480 contain: Legis Serviliae fragmenta duo. The 2 folded leaves are placed in the middle of gatherings r⁶ and R⁶ respectively, following r3 and R3 and preceding the last 3 leaves of both gatherings. The leaf with p. 199-200 is nevertheless signed r4 at the lower outside corner, while the corresponding place on the leaf with p. 477-480 has been torn away in Library's copy.

Headpieces. Decorated initials with dotted backgrounds.

Binding: limp vellum. Title written at head of spine in faded brown ink: Car. Sigoniis De / antiquo Jure Ci / vium Roman. It is followed by a shelf mark: 93. Holes for 2 pairs of ties at foredges. Spine of textblock reinforced with piece of vellum from old MS, rubrication.

Bookplate of Ernst Conrad Stahl on turn-in of front cover; it is signed by S. Dulcini. Inscription on front free endpaper recto: Arnoldi Neumanni est. Signature at upper righthand corner of endpaper facing t.p.: J.P. Casselij / 1765. Signature on t.p. at right margin above imprint: G. Schömann. Inscription at upper lefthand corner of back free endpaper verso: 4 francs à Paris 1651.
