Apparently the 2nd issue, as copies exist with the date 1534. Wechel may have reissued the work to form a set with Dürer's De urbibus and De symmetria, published in 1535; see Mortimer.
Lib. III contains Dürer's exposition on the construction of letters, with many large specimens of capitals in various styles.
The ill. on P6r and Q1r have extensions in the form of tipped-on flaps.
Wechel's Pegasus device on t.p. and on leaf at end.
