A reissue of four periodicals published in Santiago. The irst, El Liberal, an irregular weekly, is in 48 numbers and 2 supplements issued July 28, 1823-Feb.4, 1825 (except Jan. 23-Aug. 10, 1824) Included in the vol. are five "Contestaciones al 'liberal.'" The second periodical, Redactor de las sesiones del Soberano Congreso, is in 18 numbers covering the ordinary and extraordinary sessions, Aug. 13-Dec.1, of the Congress of 1823. The third, Redactor extraordinario del Soberano Congreso, in its single number, covers later, Dec. 29-31, sessions of the Congress of 1823. The fourth, Notas sobre las operaciones del Congreso de Chile, is in five numbers issued Sept. 11-Nov.12, 1823.
