Morris, scenic design Robin Wagner, costume design Patricia Zipprodt, lighting design Tharon Musser, musical director and vocal arangements Donald Pippin, orchestrations Philip J. Lang, incidental and dance music John Morris, associate choreographer Buddy Schwab, production supervisor Lucia VIctor, associate producer Jack Schlissell, based on an idea by Leonard Spigelgass, directed and choreographed by Gower Champion.
