"The suite of chine colle photogravures ... entitled Leg, Heart, Swords and Head were each limited to ten impressions [issued separately] with [5 sets of] proofs ... There are five books [i.e. copies]"--Colophon.
Consists of 6 bifolia in box; the first and last contain mounted t.p. and colophon; the other 4 contain text and ill. mounted on facing pages; ill. signed, titled and labelled "A/P" by the artist.
LC copy has printed in colophon: This is the first [copy].
