Tony Stark comes to Japan to achieve his goal of world peace by building the Arc Reactor, a neutral energy plant that, once functional, may provide unlimited power to the whole world. Also, Stark is ready to remove Iron Man, and about to mass produce a line of Iron Man armor known as Iron Man Dio, but his plans are interrupted by a series of high tech Mech monsters.
