Through a radical revision of the old text, the author has eliminate the errors and significantly added content with new stories, as well as thoroughly reinterpreted a number of previous interpretations and conclusions. At the same time doing everything possible to ensure that this version of "The Secret of Stalin's policy" was the most understandable and interesting to a wider audience, many of them indifferent to it all, but it is still a remarkable recent history of our country.
