M. o imperador, á quem tem sido presente innumeravieis representações de pessôas pobres de varias provincias do imperio sobre á immpossibilidade de intentarem suas causas por falta de meios, tendo sempre em vista promover a a prosperidade do mesmo imperio.
Decree by Pedro I, emperor of Bazil, communicated by Clemente Ferreira França, the secretary of state, addressed to all people of the various provinces regarding lawsuits and adjudication, followed by the royal decree ordering the Baron of Laguna to enact it.
