Bounty hunting had never appealed to Tray Dackett. So one big score was why he agreed to work for Rhonda Boyd, who wanted me to take her and three men to Apache Canyon where some French gold was hidden.
Leading the small group to the canyon, Tray runs into real trouble. Not only does his band run into hotile Kiowa Indians, but they are also being chased by an outlaw gang who know about the gold. Add to that, Tray saved the life of a woman who was condemned to die for trying to kill the Kiowa chief. It appears his last job will sure enough get him killed.
