Excelentisimo señor: el rey nuestro señor don Fernando VII, y en su real nombre la Junta Central Suprema y Gubernativa del reyno, en sesion de 13 del corriente se ha servido nombrar secretario de estado y del despacho, al señor don Pedro Cevallos
