The names of the Committee of Trustees appears on p. 24; a list of people accepting subscriptions appears on p. 25.

An accounting of donations, dated 29th Jan. 1766, appears on p. 28-32, with additions on p. 35.

An edition with pagination of 31, [1] p. (English short title catalogue, N64191) was also printed in London in the same year.

Second and third longer editions, also printed in London in the same year, have variant half title leaves reading "The case of the Canadians at Montreal distressed by fire"
