An anonymous collection of poems, the compilation and editing of which Ault, A. E. Case and National union catalog: pre-1956 impprints attribute to Pope. Ault also identifies as Pope's "some thirty-seven" of the anonymous poems, not included in "The whole works of Mr. Pope" published by Lintot less than six weeks earlier.
A reprint of the Queen's College copy of the second, or corrected, issue; except for a few misprints, it follows the 1717 text in spelling and punctuation.
