Turner & Fisher was publishing at 52 Chatham Street, New York, from 1838 to 1842, and at 11 N. Sixth Street, Philadelphia, from 1835 to 1840; James Fisher was in Boston from 1838 to 1860, and Keller Baltimore imprints are known from 1836 to 1848. Cf.
