Arrangement: the wood-engravings, articles, and notes by DePol are arranged alphabetically by name of the press, title of the book to which they relate, or subject. Published monographs have been removed from these files and cataloged individually. The keepsakes are arranged chronologically in a portfolio. The posters and broadsides are arranged by size in a portfolio. Each portfolio holds a container list by DePol.
