A standard study set of watermarked papers assembled by Harvard University out of samples in the McBey collection, for distribution to libraries and museums. There are "some sixty sets of up to fifty-seven fully catalogued and, so far as possible, identical sheets ... In addition, two extra sets have been prepared and deposited at Harvard and the British Library, London, containig further sheets: these latter, numbered from 101, have not been fully cataloged. A full list of libraries and museums which acquire sets will appear in the Book collector"--P. [3] of catalog.
