One of 3 copies acquired by Terry Tanner of the firm Hamill & Barker, Chicago, from Charles Evans's grandson. Mr. Tanner presented the 3 copies to LC, the American Antiquarian Society, and the Special Collections Dept. of Northwestern University Library, in 1985.
