Presented are two Serbian monuments of the past which can no longer be seen because they were entirely destroyed in August 1999. The first of them is the Church of the Holy Mother of God uphill from the village of Dolac, located near the new road leading from Priština to Peć; it is known to have been a metochion of the Hilandar monastery. The other is the Church of St. Nicholas in the village of Čabići, which belonged to the estates of the Dečani monastery.
