The main part (p. 1-541) contains 800 numbered predominantly civil law "regulae" grouped alphabetically by key word, with critical comment chiefly by Soccini, Diaz, and Duenas. "Regulae Francisci Turzani variis in locis a doctoribus ... collectae" on p. 541-6. At end, p. 547-575: "Damasi veteris iuris canonici doctoris Burchardica, siue, Regulae canonicae in utranque partem breuiter discussae & conclusae."
