Edition Notes

Binder's title.
The 389 items which constitute the 2nd part of v. [1] and all of v. 2-6, 10-11, and 13-15 are official records of the "sederunt" days of the Parliament, serially numbered within each session, each with caption title: Minuts [so spelled] of the proceedings in Parliament (rarely: ... of Parliament).
Imprint in v. [2-15] reads: Edinburgh : Printed by the Heirs and Successors of Andrew Anderson, printer to His Most Excellent Majesty (1696-1701: ... to the King's Most Excellent Majesty; 1702-1707: ... to the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty).
The records of each "sederunt" day are printed, for the most part, on a single sheet.
In v. [15] many of the records are accompanied by folding tables listing the members voting pro and con.
Some items are oversize and folded; some are incorrectly trimmed, with minor losses of text.
