"Washington, June 3rd, 1833. At a meeting of the Medical Association, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: Resolved, That a Committee of seven members be appointed to prepare an Address to the Citizens of Washington, on the subject of the Medical Association. The committee appointed were: Doctors Henderson, Sewall, Causin, McWilliams, Huntt, F. May, and T. Miller; who submit, in behalf of the Washington Medical Association, the following address to their fellow citizens"--T.p., text at head of title and title itself.
