The Church Catalogue distinguishes six different issues of this tract; this is the second one listed there, with the title page showing the spelling of "offring", no head-piece with the royal arms, a woodcut of an armed ship under full sail, and the head-piece of the dedication has a human figure, without legs, flanked by two beasts with human heads.

LC copy imperfect; lacking first and last blank leaves.
