"This report is result of a Phase 2 study of the Seweup Mesa Wilderness Study Area (WSA) carried out in June 1983 by personnel of the Central Mineral Resources Branch of the U.S. Geological Survey. This mineral resource appraisal included a review of the published geologic quadrangle maps and geochemical sampling program...The geochemical survey consisted of the collection and analysis of stream-sediment samples and panned concentrates from 20 sites"--Page iii.
