Eldar Safarov is transferred to Moscow from the Baku Prosecutor's Office. Now he works in the administrative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he meets Svetlana. She learns that her brother, the famous musician Vyacheslav Tomin, has been murdered in his apartment. Eldar promises Svetlana that he will take charge of the murder investigation.
