This is a great quick read. I first read this in the early 2000's, and loved it!. Anyway it is about the foods stated in scripture, and the healthful, healing benefits, From the Bible, legend, wives tales, to the scientific studies, backing their benefits. I enjoyed it a lot, and have since used many of the insights in my own diet, and it works!
