Beddoes' comments on the author's Observations on scurvy were included in his Observations on the nature and cure of calculus, sea scurvy, consumption, catarrh, and fever (London, 1793)

The communications from New South Wales (p. 64-105) are in the form of a letter from Edward Laing to the author, dated Dec. 11, 1792.
