"Peter Henry, of the parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn, in the county of Middlesex, doctor of physick".
"A certain chymical preparation, called the Nervous Medicine, which had been found to be effectual in the cure of all nervous cases, such as convulsive fits, epilepsys, vertigos, hypocondraick melancholly, histericks, vapours, lowness of spirits, and palpitation and trembling of the heart ... it operates by a gentle perspiration and a large discharge of wind out of the stomach and bowells, giving imediate releife in violent pains in the head, and strengthening the whole nervous system."
