Excerpts

Unless someone cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not. - The Lorax by Dr Seuss the words from the Lorax , often ring on my head. I am forever grateful to all those who have cared a whole awful lot for without these people in our lives, our family might not have gotten better. This is why I am sharing my story with you. I do not share it lightly, I share it because I care ‘a whole awful lot’ about the pressures that special needs families experience and desire to offer hope in what others may consider to be hopeless situations.
