First Sentence

"The Level A Certificate is based on a set of standards which relate to an individual's ability: to use certain types of psychological test fairly and effectively within occupational settings (such as, personnel selection, vocational guidance, management development); and to adhere to the codes of practice and professional conduct defined by the BPS and other relevant bodies (for example, the Institute of Personnel Management)."
