After imprint on title page: Of whom may be had the third edition of Mr. Cotton Mather's first account of the tryals of the New-England witches, printed on the same size with this last account, that they may bind up together.
"A true narrative of some remarkable passages relating to sundry persons afflicted by witchcraft at Salem Village in New-England, which happened from the 19th. of March to the 5th of April, 1692. Collected by Deodat Lawson", pages 1-9, 2nd count, has separate caption title. It is the earliest account written about Salem witchcraft and was reprinted from Boston edition of 1692 (Evans 613). See Holmes.
"A further account of the tryals of the New-England witches, sent in a letter from thence, to a gentleman in London": pages 9-10, 2nd count.
"Cases of conscience concerning evil spirits personating men; witchcrafts, infallible proofs of guilt in such as are accused with that crime. All considered according to the scriptures, history, and the judgment of many learned men", pages [1-4] and 1-39, 3rd and 4th counts, has separate dated title page with imprint: Printed at Boston, and re-printed at London, for John Dunton, at the Raven in the Poultrey. 1693.
"Postscript", pages [2-5], 5th count, has separate caption title.
With two final advertisement leaves.
