The book describes results of a comparitive research project on systemic oriented vs. individually oriented crisis intervention for adolescents in the age of 12-23 years of age, who ran from home or were pushed away from their family of origin. It turns out that systemic oriented crisis intervention is more effective with respect to psychosocial functioning up to 6 months after treatment. The book was published as a thesis to attain the title of Ph.D
