King George's speech in Parliament, November 8, 1768, expressing his dissatisfaction with "that spirit of faction ... breaking out afresh in some of my colonies in North America," with circumstances in Boston mentioned in particular. Followed by news items from Great Britain dated October 22, November 2 and 8.

Ford ascribes the broadside to the press of the Boston post-boy, operated by John Green and Joseph Russell.
