"The Ottoman Palace Dishes Competition, arranged by the Anatolian Regional Cuisine Society [Anadolu Halk Mutfağı Derneği] and hosted by the Governor's Office of Amasya was held between 15-17 August 2008, with Food in Life magazine acting as the moderator. Participants were the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, the Hilton İstanbul Hotel, the Holiday Inn İstanbul City, the Marriott Asia Hotel, the Polat Renaissance İstanbul Hotel, the World of Wonders Resorts and Hotels, the Ankara Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center, the Conrad İstanbul, the Çırağan Palace Hotel Kempinski, and the Dedeman Hotels and Resorts"--P. [3].
