A reissue of the sheets of the third edition with a new title page and signature A3, resetting of text on p. 27-29, and additional p. 95-100 containing "The following account of a conference, between the late Mr. Grenville and the colony agents, occasioned last year by a speech of Mr. Burke's ascertains a very material point of history, and is therefore thought worthy of being more generally known"; pages 27-29 are cancels.
