By Thomas D'Urfey; included in the collection of his songs in "Wit and mirth, or, Pills to purge melancholy", v.2, 1719, with title "Old Tony".

In two columns.

First line of verse: Let Oliver now be forgotten.

Two variants are noted: in one, "Phillis in Love" in the title is followed by a period; in the other it is followed by a colon.
