"The letterpress printing of all pages is by Bradley Hutchinson. Color lithograph frontispiece was printed by Maurice Sanchez at Derrière L'Étoile Studio. Texts have been set in Bauer Bodoni, Bembo, Garamond and Palatino faces. Color vignettes were laser printed by Graphics from the artist's mylar plates. Paper is Stonehenge.
