"Of the origine of formes" has divisional half-title page on leaf F8r; this is followed by an inserted title page reading "An examen of the origine (and doctrine) of substantial formes, as it is wont to be taught by the peripateticks"; "Considerations and experiments, touching the origine of qualities and formes. The historical part. The I. section" has divisional half-title page on leaf M2r; a bifolium with first leaf bearing divisional half-title page reading "Free considerations about subordinate formes, as they are wont to be maintain'd by divers learned moderns" on recto and second leaf signed *2 and bearing "An advertisement" on recto. Pagination and register continuous throughout.
