The first tract, "The conduct of the late administration examined", is the second edition.

The second tract, "A speech against the suspending and dispensing prerogative", is the fourth edition.

The third tract, "A free appeal to the people of Great Britain", is the second edition.

The first tract is attributed to Charles Lloyd.

The second tract is "sometimes attributed to [George] Grenville, but said to have been written by one Macintosh with the assistance of Lyttelton and Temple" (DNB, v. 12, p. 370).
