[Appeal to all inhabitants of Leipzig to help the military hospitals by giving what is needed; bedding, crockery, candles, etc. because of the high number of sick and wounded following the battle (16-19 October 1813)]. Signed: Der Rath zu Leipzig. - 4. 12/24 March 1814. [By 1st April all streets and yards are to be cleared; failure to comply will result in a scale of fines].
