"Fifty numbered copies of this book have been set in Bembo and printed with a handpress by Rollin Milroy. There are also eight (I-VIII) hors commerce copies. Most copies have been printed on Arches wove papers; a few were printed on Golden Hind laid, & specially bound. Both papers were dampened for printing."--Colophon.
