The Ms. is defective. It begins with Rashi's remarks on the last Aggadic fragment in Yebamot ch. 8 (p. 79), And ends with Sanhedrin (p. 101b).
The several leaves are wrongly arranged. The right order is 165b, 165a, 168, 166, 167b, 167a.
