"Cel mai recent titlu din colecţia Personalităţi ale Universităţii Babeş-Bolyai, lansat în 2017, îl aduce în faţa publicului pe teologul Isidor Todoran. Aşa după cum sublinia coordonatorul volumului, părintele profesor Ioan Chirilă, ,,profesorul dr. Isidor Todoran reprezintă un exemplu de colaborare a teologiei cu Universitatea laică", mai ales că, la momentul în care domnia sa a trăit şi a lucrat în mediul academic, facultăţile de teologie clujene nu erau înglobate în Universitatea Babeş-Bolyai, aşa ca în prezent. Discipol al renumitului filosof clujean D.D. Roşca, absolvent şi doctor în Filozofie la Cluj, în paralel cu studiile de teologie, Isidor Todoran s-a remarcat ca unul dintre cei mai de seamă dogmatişti români ai secolului XX. Volumul care îi este dedicat a fost structurat în două părţi, şi anume o parte de studii şi articole care îi creionează viaţa şi îi analizează opera, şi o a doua parte de restituiri, care reproduce câteva cercetări semnate de părintele Todoran, studii care îşi păstrează actualitatea. The latest title from the collection Personalities of Babeş-Bolyai University, launched in 2017, brings to the public the theologian Isidor Todoran.
