With an engraved frontispiece portrait of James I, signed "Simon Passaeus sculp: Lond. / Ioh: Bill excudit", with half title on recto, "A collection of His Maiesties workes."

Additional engraved title page signed: "Renold Elstrack sculpsit."

Other illustrations: woodcut arms of James I (a2r) and an engraved portrait of Charles, Prince of Wales, as headpiece to dedication (a3r), signed "Si: Pass: fe."

P. 386 misnumbered 398.

Leaf e3 is cancelled.
