Issued in a drop-spine box.

"Seventy-five copies ... were printed in the summer of 2015 ... The design and typography were conceived by Michael Russem. The types are Bembo and Gill Sans and were cast at the Press and Letterfoundry of Michael & Winifred Bixler, with additional hand composition by Rose Wisotzky. The presswork was executed by Arthur Larson at Horton Tank Graphics. The etchings were printed by Robert Townsend. The paper is handmade by Velké Losiny"--Colophon.

Speech given at the Savoy Hotel in London, October 28, 1930.

Rare Book copy: No. 4; signed by the artist.

Includes bibliographical references.
